The "Refer a Talent" Program has emerged as a complementary solution to reverse the trend of talent shortages in the IT market, reaching out to top candidates with relevant experience in the area who are not always actively seeking employment.

What is the "Refer a talent"
"Refer a Talent" is a referral program that aims to increase the attraction of new talent for job opportunities, while promoting a rapid response to Elevus's recruitment needs.
How does the program work?
Share the contact details of your friends and colleagues who are ready to take a career leap and who you think would be an asset to Elevus.
Referred candidates may join Elevus and are also able to participate in national and/or international projects.
What are the benefits?
For every recommended candidate who is hired, the person who referred him/her wins up to €1,000 (one thousand euros) in gift cards (SONAE Prize, El Corte Inglés and FNAC). If gift cards cannot be issued, the respective legal taxes will apply to this amount.
How to participate
Once you have identified one or more friends or fellow IT professionals with an interest and profile that matches Elevus's needs, you can share their CV via the registration form or send an email directly to refer.talent@elevus.pt
